Greg Henry serves as the Chief Executive Officer and is on the Board of Directors for Aspen Heights, a national fully integrated real estate development company headquartered in Austin, TX. The company is devoted to integrating profit and purpose, activating human potential, and animating creativity to contribute value to the world. Aspen Heights has developed more than $1 billion in real estate projects from 2006 to 2014 and continues to grow under his leadership.

Dan has been with Aspen Heights since 2009. As CFO of Aspen Heights, he leads the financial planning, strategy, and capitalization of the firm and its projects.  Since joining, he has led the capitalization efforts for 24 projects at Aspen Heights consisting of over $890 million in total capitalization comprised of over $630 million of debt and $250 million of equity.  He’s been the lead principal in over $500 million of permanent financing transactions including agency lending and CMBS executions.  Additionally, he has organized and raised over $100 million of equity through discretionary fund structures for Aspen Heights.

Sid recently joined Aspen Heights as COO and oversees all aspects of Development, Construction, Sales & Marketing, Property Management, Strategy, PR and HR. Sid has over 20 years of experience as a retail operational executive. Starting his career at Target Corporation,  he rose to the level of SVP of the Southeast Region, where he was responsible for $17 billion in sales revenue from 475 stores and 70,000 team members. Sid also previously held the title of SVP of Operations at Susser Holdings, a holding company with 625 convenient stores nationwide and $6 billion in revenue. 

Aspen Heights is committed to investing heavily in leadership development for our people. Shane is charged with this task. Because of our unique emphasis on the human side of business, we have witnessed a direct and positive impact on employee engagement and customer experience. Shane has 15 years of experience in the areas of coaching, communication, and human potential. He is an award winning author and a sought after speaker. Shane also brings a deep knowledge of brand development as he began his career as a strategic planner in advertising, where he worked on a variety of brands including Porsche Cars North America.

During a 30-year career in the real estate industry, Kevin has placed a particular emphasis on investments in the multi-family space. He has a broad base of experience in land acquisition, development and construction, acquisition of income producing existing assets, renovation and repositioning, and asset management. Kevin began his career with Trammell Crow Residential where he was a Partner in the organization. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President with ZOM Texas where approximately $700 million of investment was placed.

Ryan has developed 17 different projects, including over $750 million in student projects and over $150 million in multi-family projects (including 11,327 beds & 542 individual multi-family units).

T.C. Selman has 40+ years of experience in the development, design and construction of a broad range of real estate markets.  His projects range from single family, multifamily, student housing, commercial, healthcare and high technology spanning the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Europe and the UK.  T.C.’s career began in Austin developing single and multifamily projects throughout Texas after architecture school at the University of Texas.  His mid-career was spent with an international Swiss based medical technology company where he was Group Vice President responsible for all global real estate, design and construction.  

T.C. Selman has 40+ years of experience in the development, design and construction of a broad range of real estate markets.  His projects range from single family, multifamily, student housing, commercial, healthcare and high technology spanning the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Europe and the UK.  T.C.’s career began in Austin developing single and multifamily projects throughout Texas after architecture school at the University of Texas.  His mid-career was spent with an international Swiss based medical technology company where he was Group Vice President responsible for all global real estate, design and construction.  

Charlie Vatterott has over 25 years of commercial real estate development experience, including national and local award-winning projects, among them Multi-Family Executive Magazine’s Best Reuse of Land Award and the Houston Business Journal’s Landmark Award. As a member of the Aspen Heights Partners Development and Construction team, Charlie is responsible for site acquisition and due diligence/entitlements. Since joining Aspen Heights Partners in 2010, Charlie has sourced over $500 million in completed development projects. Charlie received an M.S. in Finance/Real Estate from the Texas A&M University Mays School of Business. He also earned collegiate academic and athletic honors while co-captain of the football team at Texas State University where he earned his B.B.A. in Finance.

Prior to his career with Aspen Heights, Zach was in both radio and TV as an analyst, reporter and producer with several television networks.  He also has broad exposure in sales, marketing, and public relations and has helped scale several young start-up companies in Colorado before joining Aspen Heights.

Shortly after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, she began her career with Fairfield Residential overseeing the new construction lease-up of their first purpose-built student housing projects. Through her career with Fairfield, Sterling University Housing, CWS Capital Partners and American Campus Communities, she held roles such as the Director of Education and Marketing Services, Regional Operations Director and the Director of Student Housing.

His operational background includes working at Tyson Foods, JB Hunt, Alternative Design Manufacturing and Simmons Foods, Inc. He has served on the Board of Advisors for the  Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce HR Roundtable and the Board of Advisors for the Northeast Technology Center in Kansas, Oklahoma. Russ earned his B.S.B.A. in Management and Human Resource Management from the University of Arkansas.  He most recently served as Aspen Heights’ Chief Operating Officer.

Justin is responsible for the marketing, project management, stakeholder management and the ultimate success of new business endeavors and platforms as well as many of Aspen's technology projects. Reporting to the COO, this role combines his love for marketing & entrepreneurship with his background in project management and working across departments and with an extensive group of outside vendors. Justin has a BA from Baylor University, where he was a Presidential Scholarship Recipient, and obtained his PMP certification in 2013.

Justin is responsible for the marketing, project management, stakeholder management and the ultimate success of new business endeavors and platforms as well as many of Aspen's technology projects. Reporting to the COO, this role combines his love for marketing & entrepreneurship with his background in project management and working across departments and with an extensive group of outside vendors. He was a Partner and consulted with large global corporations to implement large scale business change and strategy. His final role was serving as President/CEO of a $40M USD joint business between Accenture and Sun Microsystems.  Greg joined Aspen Heights Partners as an executive consultant in 2011 and then transitioned into the role of President where he led the effort to scale the size and capability of the company for several years while it doubled and tripled in size. He recently transitioned into a role as an executive coach for the leaders of the company and progressing the company's local and global community endeavors.
